The Government is currently considering how it will spend around £2 billion a year to implement the reformed Common Agricultural Policy. Decisions will be made on the extent of support for wildlife friendly farming practices. The Wildlife Trusts will be submitting a written response to the Governments formal consultation on CAP in England and also urge their members and supporters to ask their local MPs to support nature-friendly farming policies.
